A top firm with a strong reputation is seeking a Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join their Gatwick office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious lawyer to take on responsibility, manage their own caseload, and play a key role in developing the firm's presence in the local area.
The Role
Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions.
Deliver excellent client care, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the process.
Handle your own billing and ensure effective financial management of files.
Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, helping to establish and grow the conveyancing offering in Gatwick.
Participate in business development and networking activities to expand the firm's profile in the region.
About You
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced Conveyancer.
Minimum 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
Confident in handling a caseload with minimal supervision.
Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with an interest in growing a team and department.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
