We are recruiting an Account Development Executive to join the Sales team at Healix International in Esher.

this key role will take responsibility for the day to day account management of a portfolio of UK & European corporate accounts.

The Account Development Executive provides high-quality and diligent support to the corporate sector sales team to ensure the continued management of the existing account portfolio. Liaising with the clients, and the Healix Operational, Legal, Finance, IT, Implementation and Sales Support teams, the Account Development Executive will be the main relationship point with the client and internally within Healix.

The Account Development Executive will have:

* Proven interest/experience of account management and development plus a strong interest in the operational and commercial position of the accounts.

* The ability to maintain excellent relationships with our current clients, to ensure the smooth running of the accounts operationally and drive forward opportunities for the accounts to develop and grow.

Responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing the account management of Corporate Direct accounts, including the day-to-day relationship contact where required. Developing a knowledge and understanding of the various contract terms, including payment terms. Provide the administration necessary in order to manage the accounts e.g. : invoicing, queries, MI reporting, due diligence etc

* Attending and hosting client management meetings, to present Healix capabilities, through face to face meetings, telephone, video calls and emails, represent Healix at industry events, conferences and trade shows where required, in order to support existing accounts as well as identify new opportunities within those accounts.

* To consult and sell additional Healix services both directly and with the support sales team

* To act as an ambassador for the business, by promoting Healix services and identifying new business leads and opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role:

* Has s good understanding of the International Assistance industry, ideally having worked in the industry for a minimum of 18 months.

* Is capable of hands on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

* Has the ability to work independently and efficiently using own initiative, with a high level of accuracy, as well as work with others in a team and take the initiative in a dynamic environment.

* Has exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Has exceptional communication skills in English, in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.

* Ideally can speak and write in German, Spanish and/or Italian
