A governmental organisation based in Abingdon is looking to hire two Customer Service Advisors to join their Customer Service Centre. This is a customer-focused institution renowned for providing high quality services.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing outstanding customer service over the phone, email and face-to-face. You will develop and maintain knowledge of all the services offered by the organisation to be able to solve all queries in a timely manner. You will be dealing with a high volume of calls as well as being a first point of contact at the reception when working on site (on a rota basis).
You will support all customers to the best of your abilities by providing them with appropriate solutions or directing them to the relevant point of contact. You will record formal complaints from customers and answer informal complaints.
You will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week and on-site for 2 days.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a resilient individual, and you will maintain a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to work. You will have Customer Service experience, and you will be comfortable speaking with people over the phone. You will also need to be flexible and eager to learn and increase your knowledge over time. You will be a great team player, able to communicate effectively.
