Litigation Solicitor – Cheltenham

My client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its dispute resolution team. This is a great opportunity for a confident, commercially aware litigator who enjoys varied work and building strong client relationships.

You will handle your own caseload and assist on more complex matters, which range across:

• Commercial, civil and general disputes
• Property litigation
• Contentious probate

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, trusts and charities
• Draft statements, witness statements, correspondence and other documents
• Instruct and liaise with counsel
• Represent clients in court, mediation and settlement discussions

What experience is required

• Qualified Solicitor circa 5pqe
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
