Property Solicitor experience to include:

Leadership qualities
Have a track record of delivering an excellent service to clients and growing a caseload as well as a team
Experience in both Residential and/or Commercial would be an advantage
Have drive and enthusiasm
Be able to mentor and coach more junior lawyers to assist in their career progression
