The college offers individualised programmes to develop communication, independence, and employability skills, supporting successful transitions into adulthood.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Therapy team at our client’s college. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering best practice and driving service development to meet the evolving needs of students. As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Support young adults with learning and physical disabilities to develop greater independence in their daily lives.
  • Utilise expertise in areas such as postural management, specialist equipment, sensory profiling, or sensory assessments.
  • Contribute to a vibrant, team-oriented environment focused on delivering individualised, high-quality support.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs and a passion for teamwork, innovation, and improving outcomes for young people.
