Are you an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor looking to lead a small, dedicated engineering team in a high-profile corporate environment? We're seeking a proactive and technically strong leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations at a prestigious office site in Baker Street.

The Role:

As the Mechanical Site Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of 3-4 engineers, ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance are upheld across all building systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising mechanical and building services maintenance

Planning PPM and reactive tasks

*

Managing sub-contractors and liaising with on-site client teams

*

Ensuring all health & safety standards are met

*

Supporting the team with hands-on engineering when required

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Lead Engineer in commercial buildings

*

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

*

Strong understanding of HVAC, pumps, valves, and general mechanical plant

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Experience managing small teams and subcontractors

Package & Benefits:

£56,000 - £58,000 basic salary

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing 1 day every year of service)

Call-out ROTA (1 in 6 weeks) - £100 standby payment
