ERP Implementation Consultant - Manufacturing & Packaging Sector (UK-Based)
Location: Remote UK with travel across Europe

A specialist ERP consultancy is recruiting for a highly skilled Implementation Consultant with deep expertise in manufacturing and packaging operations. This UK-based role is ideal for professionals with experience delivering ERP solutions such as Encore, Label Traxx, or Axiom across corrugated, folding carton, or label converting industries.

You'll play a critical role in helping European and UK-based clients optimize their enterprise operations through tailored ERP implementation services. This includes requirements analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for manufacturing software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle ERP implementations for manufacturing and packaging clients across UK and Europe

Conduct discovery workshops and define business requirements

Configure ERP solutions aligned to customer operations and best practices

Deliver process documentation, user training, and post-implementation support

Troubleshoot system challenges and resolve operational issues effectively

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and software development

Provide input into service delivery improvements and support proposal development

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal consulting frameworks

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in the packaging or manufacturing sectors, ideally in corrugated or folding carton production

Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementations

Experience with ERP platforms such as Encore, Label Traxx, or Axiom is essential

Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to lead client engagements

High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to travel across the UK and mainland Europe as required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
