Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Officer to assist with a significant backlog of inspections across the South West with one of Vivid's biggest clients just outside of London. This is a short-term contract ideal for professionals who can hit the ground running and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct food hygiene and safety inspections in line with current legislation.

* Assess compliance and provide clear recommendations for improvement.

* Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records.

* Liaise with businesses and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

* Qualified Environmental Health Officer or equivalent.

* Up-to-date knowledge of food safety legislation.

* Strong communication and report-writing skills.
