Kinetic industrial are looking for an Administrator to work for a leading Horticulture company based in Ellesmere Port

*This is A temp to Perm position*

As the Administrator you will be:
* Taking minutes for site meetings
* Raising and processing purchase orders
* Processing sales orders
* Receipt stock/raw materials daily
* Arranging documentation for haulage & raw materials is managed
* Manage all holiday requests, logging all dates on HR tracker
*Calculate and submit timesheets to the payroll manager
*Create and distribute KPI & operational reports to Director's weekly

In order to be successful in working within a great team you will need:
* Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook Excel)
* Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with internal and external staff, customers and suppliers
* Excellent attention to detail
* Very much a team player
* Able to work on own initiative
* Must be quality focussed and conscientious

Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
40hr week
£10.57 per hour
