PRINCIPLE MECHANICAL ENGINEER (BUILDING DESIGN) - LONDON - PERMANENT - £45,000-£63,500

ARM are currently working with a rapidly growing consultancy who specialise In building services, they are seeking a Principle Mechanical Engineer who has Building design experience to join the team based in London on a permanent basis.

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- Extensive Mechanical engineering experience - hands on site experience would be handy.

- Degree qualified, ideally also working/already chartered.

- Experience working in building services.

- Experience conducting post-occupancy engineering services activities.

In this position you will be taking on and working on a variety of different projects and frameworks. You will be taking the lead on different projects that can be worth up to a few million £.

This position will be based in London and does offer hybrid working arrangements along with the opportunity for a 9-day fortnight.
