Mixing Production Team Leader - Temp to Perm

Location: Cleckheaton

Pay: £13.50 per hour + End of Year Bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Mixing Production Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Cleckheaton. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established company offering great benefits, a supportive working environment, and clear opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising a small production team within the mixing department
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Overseeing mixing processes and maintaining consistency
Promoting health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
Supporting and developing team membersRequirements:

Previous food production experience is essential
Experience within a mixing environment is advantageous
Strong leadership or supervisory experience
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
