Inform Recruitment is working with a not-for-profit organisation, recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales process, enabling this department to meet its goals. This is a newly created position to support the Head of Department.

As Sales Support Coordinator you'll be responsible for:
- Working in line with department targets and conversation rate
- Driving the Net Promotor Score
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on
- Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls and preparing sales presentations
- Researching potential providers and competitors to support the development of effective sales strategies
- Responding to enquiries from providers
- Maintaining the sales database and ensuring information is up-to-date
- Maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance, as well as identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments regarding sales-related activities
- Providing administrative support to the compliance team
