SALARY: From £21,418.53 to £23,679.95 per annum

Due to our on-going success and our plans for continuous development, we are recruiting for a Night Senior Support Worker to join our night team at Breagha House in Hayton, Retford.

This role offers an average of 38 hours per week, working a two week rolling rota.

About The Job:

Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Night Senior Support Worker is responsible for supervising and supporting the night team to fulfil their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example, behave and communicate appropriately at all times.
Positively contribute to the personal development of our residents where possible and appropriate.
Using knowledge and experience, contribute positively to care planning.
Maintain accurate, clear and concise record keeping.
Work in partnership with the Registered Manager to ensure streamlined service delivery and consistent communication across the homes.
Proactively participate in supporting the staff team to include carrying out supervisions as requested.
Attend and contribute positively to regular staff meetings and hand-over meetings, ensuring all relevant information is disseminated appropriately and in a timely manner.
Contribute positively to the training and development of the staff team to include own personal development / highlighting any training needs.

Essential Experience Skills & Qualifications:

Ideally, applicants will hold a completed Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Demonstrable experience supporting individuals with a learning disability and associated health conditions, with particular emphasis on autism and challenging behaviour

Excellent written and oral communication skills to include computer literacy

Remuneration Package:

The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration package that will consist of a basic salary of £21,418.53 per annum increasing to £23,679.95 per annum on successful completion of a six month probationary period.
