Care Home Manager - Cannock, Staffordshire - Up to £55,000 per annum + PRP

We are currently seeking an experienced, registered home manager to join an established nursing home provider with a positive reputation across the UK Care sector.

This presents an opportunity to manage a 67-bedded "Requires Improvement" CQC-rated residential home, with the chance to work towards "Good". The job role as Care Home Manager includes:

  • Managing all aspects of the home's daily operation, including the budget
  • Ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided through regular compliance audits
  • Improving the CQC rating for the home
  • Recruitment and training of all staff
  • Managing complaints, safeguarding processes
  • Developing and growing relationships with the residents, their families and external stakeholders

Essential requirements of this Care Home Manager role include:

  • Have a proven record of running a Home that has been awarded a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC rating
  • Have experience managing a large nursing or residential home
  • Have a Nursing qualification or NVQ Level 5 in Management
  • Understand CQC regulations in detail
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license
  • The legal right to work in the UK
