The Role:

* Deliver engaging practical and theory-based machining training

* Teach and support apprentices in CNC, milling, turning and tool-making

* Provide ongoing assessment, feedback and learner support

* Contribute to programme delivery and help shape future engineers

What We're Looking For:

* Strong background in mechanical machining or manufacturing engineering

* Experience with CNC machines, mills and lathes

* Confident communicator with the ability to engage learners of all ages

* Passion for teaching, mentoring and continuous professional development
