Based in Nottingham, with travel confined to the region, this opportunity has opened up due to strong, sustained growth and an expanding portfolio of specialist services.

Our client provides a full spectrum of services including fire protection systems, CDM advisory, asbestos management, health & safety consultancy, and compliance training - all delivered with technical precision and a people-first approach.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Contract Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of a wide range of client contracts from mobilisation through to final handover. Your day-to-day will involve:

Leading and managing contracts across multiple projects and service lines

Ensuring contract compliance with scope, specification, timescales, and budgets

Acting as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors

Managing risk, forecasting, and reporting contract performance

*

Driving quality and HSE standards across all contract activity

Supporting pre-construction planning, tender reviews, and handovers

*

Resolving commercial or operational issues quickly and effectively

*

Coaching and supporting site teams to ensure delivery excellence

What We're Looking For:

You're an experienced Contract Manager from a construction, building services, or safety-critical background. You thrive on juggling multiple contracts, solving problems before they appear, and creating genuine value for clients. Experience in fire safety, HSE, or compliance-led environments is a big plus.

You'll need to be confident, organised, and ready to take ownership of your projects - while being flexible enough to adapt in a fast-moving, growing business.
