Join a business as it embarks on a huge change and transformation in the role of Finance Business Partner (12 month Contract). You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders-delivering analysis and presentations to operational stakeholders around MI and performance reporting that informs strategy, influences decisions, and drives profitability.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with department heads to look at outputs and profitability analysis including pricing
• Using data to drive improvements and working with budget holders to really drive their numbers but with realisting outlook not pie in the sky assumptions
• Supporting commercial decisions with timely, relevant and actionable insight
• Playing a vital part in company-wide strategic and financial planning
• setting up new models that provide visability to the board and senior ledership team at the touch of a button

Essential skills and background that we are targeting

• A recognised accounting qualification ideally (ACA, ACCA, ACMA/CIMA)
• At least 3 years in a commercial or forward looking accounting role or FPB
• Possessing the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• A professional, proactive and analytical mindset
