We are supporting a North London based council in recruiting a Building Surveyor – Legal Disrepair to join their dynamic and fast-paced team at a pivotal time in the London Boroughs journey.

Key Responsibilities / experience of the Interim Building Surveyor – Legal Disrepair:

• Experience managing legal disrepair cases
• Ideally have a surveying qualification (not essential)
• Good understanding of damp and structural issues
• Social housing experience (not essential)
• Managing works from specification through to post inspection
• Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload
