About the Role:

Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Manchester from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your teaching journey in a vibrant school environment that values professional development and nurturing talent.

Whether you are completing your PGCE or SCITT this summer, or you are a recent graduate with QTS looking to complete your induction, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils

Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

What Were Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending award of QTS by September 2025

Passionate about teaching and learning

Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development

To Be Eligible, You Must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK

Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)

Provide two professional child-related references
