An exceptional Senior/Project Structural Engineer - Family Feel Culture role with ample room to progress and become a chartered engineer. The company are 16 in size but have plans to grow along with their portfolio of projects.

You will be pleased to hear that this relatively new consultancy (6 years) have grown year on year and have never struggled for work. Most of their impressive work is alongside councils and Housing Associations working on very sustainable driven projects within Passivhaus. They are also diversifying their portfolio recently and looking to go into more large scale refurbishment and re-purposing to align with their sustainable work.

To be considered for the Senior/Project Structural Engineer - Family Feel Culture role you need:

At least 2/3 years of solid building design experience within a UK consultancy
Experience in New Build projects would be an advantage
Desire to work in a high performing and successful consultancy
Autonomy to get work done to a good level and on time
High levels of communication

This consultancy office share with an architectural firm they occasionally collaborate with as well, giving them another interesting layer. This organisation also have great experience in taking engineers through their chartership and have done this numerous times before which has become quite successful and fine tuned.
