Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team - Residential project , must have background in residential . The successful candidate will oversee electrical installations and maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
* Plan, manage, and supervise electrical projects from inception to completion.
* Allocate resources, schedule work, and coordinate with other departments and contractors.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Team Leadership:
* Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
* Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet project standards and safety regulations.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
*
Quality and Compliance:
* Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify quality and safety.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Problem-Solving:
* Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during projects.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
* Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients.
* Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a similar role.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
* Certification:
* Valid Black CSCS Card is required.
