A global leader in the provision of assignment management and relocation services to corporate clients’ employees and their families is seeking a Mobility Advisor for their London based team.
Role: Mobility Advisor, based London [MPI-00997]
The Mobility Advisor manages a caseload of relocating employees and their families, internationally or domestically and is responsible for managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Primary contact for HR / Mobility Specialists on corporate level and assignees
• Accurately create and maintain assignee files and internal database records
• Coordination of worldwide relocations including conducting the needs’ assessment and briefing the assignees on all provisions, initiating the relocation process and all services, and managing the delivery of all services to ensure a satisfactory experience
• Liaise with clients to gather information / documentation required
• Advise on policies and relate them to operational procedures
• Manage the delivery of all services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately maintain files and databases in a timely manner
• Managing policy and service escalations to relevant stakeholders
• On-going management of the client’s requirements and expectations
• Identification of opportunities to improve processes
• Provision of complete end-to-end service delivery for assignees
• Accurate processing of invoices within set timescales
• Ensure client and assignee satisfaction ratings are within KPIs set in SLAs
• Other duties as required by management
Skills and Experience:
• Experience of relocation / international moving services (12 months' minimum)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise flexibly
• Ability to deliver excellent customer services in a team
• Good computer literacy
• Fluency in English with others languages beneficial
• Experience of managing the resolution of any issues that may arise
• Efficient written and verbal communication at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills with a solution oriented approach
• Positive, can-do attitude essential with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
• Empathic and culturally sensitive
• Ability to build develop on-going relationship with key stakeholders
• Ability to identify potential cost savings
Remuneration guide: circa £28,000 per annum commensurate with experience
