Lettings Negotaitor

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree & progress lets through to exchnage and completion.

Skills

- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.

- Outstanding customer care.

- Resiliant, positive, organised, and detail oriented.

- Good IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
