Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

Shift - 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm, Full-time, Permanent

SEDA Talent is proud to partner with a global leader in temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics, as they continue to grow their engineering team at their Whitchurch facility.

We're on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - someone with a strong mechanical and electrical background who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems

* Support the Engineering Manager in the day-to-day running of the maintenance department

* Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance

* Supervise contractors and ensure strict health & safety compliance

* Maintain and update SOPs and risk assessments

Skills & Experience:

* Solid background in electrical/mechanical maintenance

* Refrigeration experience (Ammonia knowledge a plus)

* Comfortable using maintenance software and MS Excel

* Experience in warehouse or distribution environments

* Strong communicator and a natural problem-solver

Qualifications:

* NVQ/BTEC/NNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

* 17th/18th Edition (Desirable)

* IOSH Managing Safely

* Formal supervisory training
