Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

The function of the Inside Sales Representative is to support the ongoing development of existing and prospective Bayco Products, Inc. customers to ensure that the company is able to meet its growth targets.


This individual handling Inside Sales will be a member of a core on premise team and will report directly to the Marketing Director. As an integral member of the team, this individual will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive environment where repetitive tasks are not the norm. This individual must possess a positive can-do attitude and be able to deliver results through action in support of the teams’ proactive awareness efforts. This team-member must be a hands-on self-motivated leader and have an affinity for outbound sales and distributor relationship management.


Duties also include, but not limited to:

· Proactive soliciting of new business by phone and email

· Conduct sales oriented follow-up of provided leads

· Engaging directly with existing distributor partners by phone

· Conducting spot audits of partner websites to assess sales opportunities

· Formulate needs analysis & clearly communicate proposals directly to distribution partners to address gaps and expand sales penetration

· On board distributors with support of marketing team

· Effectively liaise new products to enhance channel engagement and online promotion

· Manage online listing of active distributor network

· Full-time Salary Employee (40+ hours/week)


Minimum Qualifications:

· Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process

· Associate’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience


Job Requirements / Skills / Abilities


· Bachelor’s degree preferred



· 5-10 years of direct inside sales work experience

o Direct product sales preferred

o Distributor portal management experience preferred

· Familiarity with ACT! CMS a plus



· Strong leadership and consensus building skills

· Proven and verifiable sales track record

· Self-motivated, highly organized, multi-tasking

· Polished presentation and interpersonal skills

· Proficient with MS Office
