Salary: Up to £45k

Hours: Monday-Friday (some Saturday's required)

My client is a leading Independent Electrical Wholesaler, they are looking for a Branch Manager for a Branch in Birmingham.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

* Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service

* Develop long term relationships with customers and suppliers

* Drive activity to produce profitable sales

* Actively develop new business opportunities

* Manage team performance

* Take care of Health & Safety in your business to keep your team safe and well

* Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data

You will be the boss of your own Profit Centre so you will need to set and deliver the strategy for that business each year.
