We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a supportive primary school in Highbury. This full-time position is based within a Reception class and follows school hours.
The successful Level 3 Early Years Educator will support children at a key stage of their development, delivering high-quality learning in line with the EYFS framework. Strong SEN experience is essential, as you will be working closely with pupils who require additional support.
Requirements:- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification
- Proven SEN experience (ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
- Strong understanding of EYFS
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Responsibilities:- Support teaching and learning within the Reception class
- Deliver targeted SEN interventions
- Observe, assess, and monitor pupil progress
- Build positive relationships with parents and staff
- Maintain safeguarding and inclusive practice standards
