Registered Manager - Children's Home (Therapeutic)

We're recruiting on behalf of a brand-new, purpose-led children's home opening in Solihull in search of a passionate and experienced Registered Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a therapeutic environment from day one. The home will support 3 children and has been completely renovated to an exceptional standard, creating a high-quality, healing space that reflects the values of the organisation.

What we're looking for:

An experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up

A solid background in children's residential care (EBD preferred)

*

A genuine belief in therapeutic, person-centred care

*

Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
