We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals to work in a professional business environment. Extensive management opportunities are available. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and above average communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about success and helping people, someone who is willing to put in the work needed to reach their goals. You must be driven, yet humble and coachable. We also provide an on-going, mentorship training program, specific to you.


We are in mortgage protection services--Each month our company mails out tens of thousands of letters to either new homeowners who have recently purchased a home or homeowners who have recently refinanced a home in your area. Our letters state that our clients may qualify for a non-medical mortgage protection insurance plan. We will pay off the mortgage in the event of their death or make the mortgage payments, in case they become critically ill -- (ex: heart attack, stroke, cancer, or become disabled). We even have simplified products that can return all of your premiums, if you are still alive at the end of the term policy coverage. Potential clients fill out these forms they receive in the mail with some basic personal information such as height/weight, birth date, smoker/non-smoker status, and some phone numbers where they can be reached. These letters are mailed back, and we simply call them to set appointments. Then we meet them in-home, show them quotes, and help protect a family.


Here's how this works (in a 'nutshell'):

#1) If you die, the insurance can be used to pay off or pay down the home loan, so your family can stay in the home.


#2) If you DON'T die, all of the premium payments you made are PAID BACK to you at the end of the policy (i.e. 'money-back' life insurance).


And... UNLIKE other life insurance, you don't have to do a physical exam to qualify for coverage (so no blood or urine analysis). Our prospects LOVE this because most of them aren't in perfect shape, and risk being poorly rated or declined for regular life insurance.

If they are interested, the prospect fills-out a "mini" application... including their birth date, height and weight, smoker status, and a good number to reach them at. Then they mail it in and wait for us to call.


WE DO NOT COLD CALL, DOOR KNOCK, OR BEG-FOR-BUSINESS! No high-pressure sales tactics or trickery is needed (or allowed) here. These prospects asked us to help, so that's what we do.


Here's Where You Come In:

I'm looking for full-time and part-time "field underwriters" to call our warm leads, qualify them over the phone, show them their options, help them apply for whichever coverage they choose, and "hand-hold" them until they're approved and the policy is issued.


Here's How You Get Paid:

Our average full-time field underwriter goes on 15 appointments per week, sells five mortgage protection plans, and makes $459 per sale, initially. As you get promoted to higher contract levels, you make more per sale. That equals $2,295 per week... or $114,750 per year (working about 2 or 3 days per week, 30 hours on average, per week) Not a bad deal, considering our "full-time" work-week schedule, is a normal "part-time" corporate work-week.


We have agents making $10k to $70k per month, through their own personal production!


This is a commissions based job.


You will need a Life Insurance license or the ability to obtain one fairly quickly. As a licensed "field underwriter", you will take these letters/forms and set appointments by following our phone script and sales training, and offer the clients a product or plan that best suits the client's needs. You will be a broker and independent contractor (1099).


We are looking for someone who also wants to develop an agency. You can build a "passive residual income" for life. If you follow our system and mentorship to the "T", you can create a legitimate 6 or even 7-figure income source for the rest of your life in under 10 years. So you must be highly self-motivated and highly coachable. However we are very selective in our 2-part interview hiring process.


If selected, you will be offered the opportunity to move forward with us by extending you an application packet. At which point, you will be expected to move forward in obtaining your state's life insurance license.
