Join a fast growing software company supporting Payroll and HR software solutions for a wide range of clients in varied sectors. This role will have a primary focus on supporting the Payroll software, built on a SalesForce platform. Based in the Bristol office, or home based or a hybrid of part office / part work from home.
You must have:
- previous experience in working with payroll software solutions, ideally on a support desk
- experience of working in a software support desk / helpdesk environment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong analytical skills, able to troubleshoot, problem solve and find root cause of issues
- Good general IT skills including MS Excel. Vlookup knowledge
- good familiarity with payroll legislation
- it would be ideal if you have previous experience with SalesForce as a platform / SalesForce Administration
- it would be ideal if you have experience of Jira
