Arc is looking for experienced, energetic bar staff to join our crew at Godiva Festival 2025 – a legendary weekend packed with great music, local culture, and incredible vibes in the heart of Coventry.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of bar experience – pubs, events, or festivals
• Confident pouring pints, serving drinks, and handling high-volume service
• Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team players
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
• Previous festival or large event experience is a big plus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving drinks quickly and efficiently at busy bars
• Using mass dispense or packaged drinks systems
• Maintaining high service standards throughout your shift
• Supporting responsible alcohol service and assisting with bar flow
