Cover Supervisor
Location: A school in Grimsby
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to work at a secondary school in Grimsby. If you're confident leading a classroom and interested in gaining valuable experience before pursuing teaching, this role is ideal.

Responsibilities:

Supervise students in the absence of the regular class teacher

Ensure set work is completed and classroom order is maintained

Report back to teaching staff on student participation and behaviour

Support students with queries related to the work set

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people (school, youth group, sports coach, etc.)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confidence in managing a classroom environment

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire

This role is perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to broaden their experience.
