We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Bathroom / Wet Room Fitter to join our Clients dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their career and gain valuable experience in a thriving and supportive environment.
Day to Day of the role: - Diagnose and rectify faults within plumbing and other related repair requests.
- Ensure the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
- Deliver a professional and safe void maintenance service, supporting all trades.
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
- Follow Health & Safety rules, using risk assessments, method statements, and PPE when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing.
- Competent in at least 3 other trades to an excellent standard.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in Property Maintenance environment.
- Full Driving Licence.
- CSCS card would be an advantage (desirable).
- PASMA / IPAF (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with tenants and client representatives.
- Organised approach to meet demands effectively and timely.
- Practical approach to health and safety.
- Ability to self-manage using initiative and prioritise work efficiently.
