Trainee Welder / Fabricator
Location: Enfield (near Brimsdown Station)
Full-time | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00 | 42.5 hrs/week

Looking to start your journey in fabrication or welding? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team. You'll receive full hands-on training, learning how to manufacture chassis and components for our world-renowned factory in Enfield.

No formal experience is necessary, but a passion for practical, hands-on work is a must.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learning MIG welding and fabrication techniques using jigs and fixtures
• Assisting with cutting, bending, and prepping tubing for welding
• Following clear instructions and safety procedures
• Developing skills to become a skilled welder/fabricator over time

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in welding, fabrication, or manufacturing
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and get stuck in
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
Able to read, write, and speak English to a good standard
