The Opportunity

We're working with a well-established and busy automotive dealership in Bristol that is looking to appoint an experienced Parts Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your parts career, leading a small team within a fast-paced and successful aftersales department.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support the day-to-day running of the parts department

* Oversee and assist parts advisors to ensure excellent customer service

* Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy

* Ensure timely supply of parts to workshop and trade customers

* Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently

* Maintain manufacturer standards and company processes

* Support training and development of junior team members

About You

* Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor

* Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems

* Leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Full UK driving licence preferred
