Salary: £55,000 - £57,000
Contract: 12 month fixed term

We are recruiting a Clinical Manager RGN to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Gloucester.

This role is ideal for an experienced Ward Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse looking to step into a senior clinical leadership position within a structured, well supported environment.

The Role As Clinical Manager RGN, you will provide strong clinical leadership across a 60 bed neurological service, ensuring high standards of governance, patient safety and quality improvement.

You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, monitor clinical KPIs and support multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Lead clinical governance and risk management
Oversee nursing and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor performance indicators and patient outcomes
Drive continuous quality improvement
Support CQC compliance and service development

Requirements
Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN
Minimum 2 years' leadership experience
Background in neurological, rehabilitation or complex care
Strong knowledge of CQC standards
Confident communicator and team leader
