- Working closely with the Operations team, Home Managers and Deputy Managers to embed a culture of quality improvement across all homes.
- Helping homes to deliver established actions within approved timescales.
- Acting as an ambassador for the company, driving the message of quality across all care services.
- Exercising excellent practice management and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
- Developing and implementing professional standards and monitoring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

- At least of 3 years' background working in as a Care Home Manager within a Nursing homes
- Qualified Nurse (Essential)
