Join Our Team as a BMS Service Engineer

We are seeking a BMS Service Engineer to join our established team, supporting a variety of commercial and industrial clients across Yorkshire and occasionally further south. You'll be working with leading BMS platforms such as Trend and Tridium, diagnosing faults, performing preventative maintenance, and optimising system performance to help our clients reduce energy consumption and improve operational efficiency. What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems

Diagnosing and rectifying faults across commercial and industrial sites

Performing software updates, strategy adjustments, and controller reconfigurations

Monitoring and optimising energy usage via BMS analytics

Responding to reactive maintenance callouts professionally and promptly

Providing clear, detailed reports after site visits

Modifying/upgrading BMS hardware and control panels as needed

Liaising with clients and site teams to communicate findings and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For:

Experience in servicing/maintenance within the construction or building services sector

Working knowledge of BMS systems, ideally Trend and/or Tridium

Valid CSCS/ECS site card

UK Driving Licence

Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude
