Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services | Belfast | Up to £65k + 15% bonus | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

We're partnering with a leading financial services firm in Belfast to hire a Senior Business Analyst who can shape delivery outcomes across a diverse software portfolio. You'll work directly with the Lead BA and Head of Engineering, turning complex, high-impact ideas into clear, deliverable plans across front-end and back-end initiatives.

In this hands-on role you'll own discovery and requirements, map and optimise processes, and create unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria that keep engineering moving. You'll translate between product, design, engineering, and operations-bringing structure, pace, and measurable outcomes to every engagement.

You'll thrive here if you've delivered in agile environments, know how financial/enterprise systems behave in the real world, and can influence senior stakeholders with crisp artefacts and evidence-based thinking.
