Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) role: - You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)

- Clear DBS
About the Nursing Home: Providing nursing and rehabilitation care to adults over the age of 18 years over and can cater for people with multiple needs including acquired brain injury. They have an on-site physio and occupational therapist and have a minimum of 4 nurses on duty at one time.

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) within the Nursing Home involves: - Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
- Carrying out assessments and evaluations
- Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
- Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
- Mentoring junior member of staff
- Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
