An established specialist care community is seeking a Deputy Services Manager to join its leadership team. The service provides high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs across a variety of specialisms.

Key Responsibilities

*

Assist with the oversight and operational management of six distinct service areas.

*

Support the development of new specialist pathways and service improvements.

*

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with diverse needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Dementia, Mental Health and Physical Health conditions.

*

Provide hands-on leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care.

*

Support and guide unit managers, promoting best practice and maintaining high standards across all areas.

*

Champion a positive, professional and collaborative culture throughout the service.

Requirements

*

Valid NMC PIN.

*

Extensive experience in a similar leadership or deputy management role within a care environment.

*

Strong knowledge of best practice relating to complex care needs.

*

A positive, professional, trustworthy and friendly approach.

*

Passion for service development, growth and inspiring others.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Approachable and enthusiastic demeanour that motivates staff and supports residents' wellbeing.
