We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a contract role based in North London. Permanent employment may be offered based on performance.

Salary: £80,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Parking: Pay-as-you-go nearby
Duties:

• Attend site and client meetings
• Coordinate labour and subcontractors
• Oversee QA and reporting
• Manage ordering of materials
• Supervise site teams (managing up to 10 operatives)

Requirements:

• SMSTS required
• Experience in mechanical project delivery essential
