Recruitment Consultant – Facilities ManagementPosition: Recruitment Consultant – Facilities ManagementSalary: £23,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)Location: Remote WorkingEmployment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage talented professionals in facilities management and building services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients within the facilities management industry.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end placement process, including contract negotiation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Stay informed about developments in facilities management to meet client needs effectively.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of facilities management industry practices.
  • Track record of meeting recruitment targets.
