My client is a global service provider who are ringing in the changes in how they partner with and care for their client.
I am looking for a vibrant, energetic, courageous and highly skilled individual with a generalist hospitality background. Ideally you will have experience as a mixologist, barista, host, event planner, menu developer and restaurant manager. You will need to have your finger on the pulse of food trends, know your way around healthy eating and enough fire in your belly to BBQ a small town!
Passion, drive, innovation and commitment are the buzz words to qualify for this role. You will also need to be polished, communicative and an excellent presenter. Engaging with your audience is key and being the go-to 'Foodie' within an elite and dynamic team will make your heart sing.
Your approach will be collaborative and informed and you will inspire those around you at every level.
Alongside all the energy and soft skills, you will of course need to have demonstratable experience of success within a large hospitality / service delivery environment. Commercial acumen; an advanced understanding of cost control and P&L will be required and you will also have considerable people training and development skills.
It is a juicy, exciting role that will allow the incoming candidate to flourish and essentially carve out their own role and remit.
