What to Expect
- Assist fee-earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion

- Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Conduct searches, request redemption statements, and liaise with the Land Registry
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems to ensure seamless workflow
