This is a full-time, long-term position, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in the wellbeing, engagement, and success of young people.

About the Role:

• Lead on pastoral care and wellbeing for a designated year group or cohort

• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges

• Work closely with parents, teachers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and behaviour data, implementing interventions where needed

• Promote a positive school culture built on respect, inclusion, and high expectations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a pastoral, behaviour, or safeguarding role within a school (essential)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Confidence working with students who have additional or complex needs

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
