This is a hands-on position where you'll support the transport operation by managing essential documents, tracking deliveries, and keeping systems updated. You'll be part of a team that keeps the wheels turning - literally.

The Role:

• Collaborate with Transport Planners and Drivers
• Create, check and file delivery paperwork and contracts
• Monitor delivery progress and update customer systems
• Ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready
• Provide general admin support within the office

The Person:

• Background in administration (logistics would be an advantage)
• IT-literate and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
• Enthusiastic about working in logistics or transport
