Sales Negotiator / Sales Associate
About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to take full ownership of in-house residential sales, driving reservations and completions across our Birmingham city centre developments. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with buyers while reducing reliance on external agents.

Package & Benefits
  • Base Salary: £27,000
  • Commission: Per Unit
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop our buyer database including first-time buyers, investors, and local purchasers
  • Conduct viewings, handle enquiries, and negotiate offers directly with clients
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, coordinating with solicitors and agents
  • Support the marketing team in promoting new launches, open house events, and coffee mornings
  • Liaise with third-party agents (UK & overseas) where required, ensuring effective collaboration
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting to senior management
Working Environment
  • Location: Office-based in Solihull with travel to Birmingham city centre sites
  • Hours: 8:30am - 5:00/5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Weekend work: Availability required for Saturday viewings/events as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience Required:
  • 2-4 years' experience in property sales or new homes (estate agency background ideal)
  • Proven ability to deliver results independently
  • Strong understanding of sales progression, CRM systems, and client management

  • Confident, assertive, and self-motivated - a "doer" who can work autonomously
  • Technically competent (comfortable using Salesforce/Excel)
  • Resilient and proactive with the ability to drive sales in challenging markets
