Key Responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger Assistant:

Process all invoices correctly and match them to clients accounts
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Posting direct debits
Process and code invoices to the correct nominal codes and office
Deal with any issues related to invoices
Process any staff expenses
Reconciliation of any company credit card transactions
Prepare payment runs
Manage your own and the purchase ledger email inbox
Deal with emails related to purchase ledgerDesired skills as a Purchase Ledger Assistant:

You will have worked in a purchase ledger role before (this is essential)
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Good IT skills
Team player
